These pure white 49cm tapers (also known as lambathes) are designed, hand dipped and formed to perfection for multiple events types and celebrations such as Easter, baptisms, weddings, first communion, etc. They can be decorated to personal style and taste.
Easter Candles (Lambathes) in white are essential to the Easter service on Holy Saturday evening (Anastasi). They are lit with the "Holy Light" before the Χριστός Ανέστη Christos Anesti declaration and service. They are taken home to light the oil lamp (Kandili) with the light/flame they took from the church. The Candles burn duration lasts beyond the Anastasi Easter Liturgy Service length
