TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF USE

By commencing any business with Candella Fabrica, using our services and selling platforms, customer legally affirms they have read, understood and accepts full responsibility to follow and remain within safely guidelines, disclaimer, terms and conditions. Customer accepts full responsibility and duty of care for the use and all safe practices relating to our products and services. This includes but is not limited to the use, storage, disposal, manual handling, pets and property in their care.

2. CANDLES
Customer becomes fully responsible for the use, storage, disposal, safety & condition of candles left in their care. Candle warping due to incorrect storage will not be replaced or refunded due to negligence or lack of care. Candles must be properly extinguished after use and allowed to cool before handled and disposed. To ensure candles keep the consistent quality they were in when delivered, customer agress to also use the candle care and safely guide as outlined below.

CANDLE CARE
A. Always store candles in a cool, dark and dry place. Candles stored in warm or hot environments may melt, warp and bend.
B. Candles should be stored flat to minimize potential warping. Recommended storing temperature is no more than 27 Degrees Celsius.
C. Avoid placing your candles where they will be directly exposed to direct sunlight or harsh indoor lighting, such as a spotlight.
D. Ensure candles are fully extinguished and have completely cooled before throwing them away. Do not leave burning candles unattended.
E. Customer agrees that orders delivered to their shipping location and left in their care will correctly store the items, as outlined above, as quickly as possible.

3. CANDLE STORAGE
Ensure candles are stored laying flat & not upright, in a cool environment. Although we may use heavy duty double boxed packaging to maximise insulation and protection for shipping and storable, use the highest grade wax (P68) which lowers the risk of permanent candle warping due to storage in hot weather, leaving candles in heated spaces or warm weather is high risk of candles warping out of shape. Our Paraffin 68 Candles can be bent back to shape even with slight pressure! This advantage and wax is exclusive to Candella Fabrica! Shop with peace of mind. Replacement/s/refund is unavailable due to customer negligence.

4. COUPON CODES

Unused discount/promotional coupon codes are not redeemable credit or cash. It is Customer's responsibility to use promotional discount coupon codes & gift vouchers upon checkout. Expired coupon codes cannot be claimed or used after expiry.

5. SHIPPING Customs and import taxes

Buyers may be responsible for any customs and import taxes/duties that may apply. Candella Fabrica is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We ship worldwide. Although we dispatch products within 2-7 days, as an international product, due to your location of purchase, shipping times may vary. Please note, we have been notified by postal services that the current wars, fuel shortages and recent floods have caused shipping delays and couriers worldwide. While estimated shipping is typically accurate, please allow a few extra days for items to arrive. We do not issue refunds or discounts because of shipping delays. If you need items by a certain date, it is your responsibility to place orders at a time which will allow enough time for possible delayed deliveries. To be completely safe, order 3 weeks prior (US & Europe Customers), 4 Weeks (Australian Customers). Items shipping within Australia arrive typically within 3-5 days. Items shipping internationally to or from Australia takes approx. 3 weeks.

 

A. EXPRESS SHIPPING

It is the customer's responsibility to select priotity shipping if required. Although we do our best to dispatch orders quickly, it is the customer's responsilibty to place priority orders with the expectation that dispatch may be between 1-4 days.


B. SATCHEL PARCELS

DO NOT OPEN PACKAGE WITH SHARP OBJECTS. Tear package open.
Opening package with sharp objects may damage the item/s. We do not issue refunds or exchange due to negligence or recklessness.

If your product arrives damaged, you are entitled to either a full refund or a free replacement for the affected item. Please note that refunds or replacements apply only to the damaged product(s), not the entire order.

Minor wear and tear to outer packaging or cartons may occur during transit and is considered normal. Candella Fabrica does not offer replacements or refunds unless the product itself is damaged. Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to our trusted couriers, responsibility for the package transfers to the courier service.

While we take every care to ensure your parcel arrives safely, occasional issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can guide you through the claims process. We will assist you in lodging a claim under the courier’s coverage policy and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate at the discretion of Candella Fabrica.

The damage claim is made within 2 days of the parcel being delivered. Here’s how you claim cover for a damaged parcel:

PHOTO EVIDENCE
You must provide some photos to include:

A. The packaging, 
B. The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number),
C. And the damaged item.

EXAMPLE:

Submit a damaged parcel claim for a refund or replacement.

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGE OF MIND
Candella Fabrica accepts order cancellations before item has dispatched. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this time frame. If orders have been dispatched, Customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of their order for a refund for their order. Refund amount is subject to the product quality and condition, ensuring the returned items remain unused and is still in its original sellable condition.

 

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

MAKE-ON-DEMAND ITEMS: Some of our products are Make-On-demand. This means that items are made specifically for your order. Be sure to choose the correct size & colour as we do not allow for change of mind or product exchange in our policy. Return & refund are only available due to factory fault with the product. If you feel like you have made a mistake in sizing or colour option, message us as quickly as possible to change the order before the product is fulfilled. If the product has already been fulfilled before you request a change, you will receive the original order you placed. In order to return products for a refund, proof of fault must be provided. We do not refund any transaction and processing fee amounts associated with the purchase of customer orders.

9. CLAIMING GST
For businesses registered for GST and claiming GST is applicable to the buyer's business/organisation. Customer can use our invoices/receipts to claim back GST paid in thier BAS. If buyer's business is not registered for GST, buyer will not be able to claim back any GST paid. It may be in customer's best interest to register for GST. Candella Fabrica takes no responsibility or liability for financial or legal advice. It is customer's responsibility to seek help and advice from professions specialising in those fields.

 

10. AFTER-CARE & WASHING APPAREL & CHURCH BREAD BAG CASES

It is vital to follow the washing care instructions on each product. If disregarded, product issues such as fading may occur. It is your responsibility to unsure washing instructions are followed. Refund or exchange not available. Cold wash only. Do not hang dry in the sun. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Please refer to chart below as a guide to understand washing symbols & terms.

11. PAYMENTS & TRANSACTION FEES

Payment processors charge fees for using their service when making payments. Customer is responsible for choosing from the available methods of payment which may, or may not have associated fees for using payment processor services. We do not refund any transaction and processing fee amounts associated with the purchase of customer orders. 

 

Non-Refundable Fees Are As Follows:

Manual Payment | EFT Bank Deposit: No fees. $0.00

Stripe | Credit/Debit Card | Apple Pay | Google Pay: Transaction fee of 1.79% fee plus $0.30 AUD

Paypal: Transaction fee of 2.9% fee plus $0.30 AUD
