RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
Our products are Make-On-demand. This means that items are made specifically for your order. Be sure to choose the correct size & colour as we do not allow for change of mind or product exchange in our policy. Return & refund are only available due to misprints or a factory fault with the product. If you feel like you have made a mistake in sizing or colour option, message us as quickly as possible to change the order before the product is fulfilled. If the product has already been fulfilled before you request a change, you will receive the original order you placed. In order to return your product for a refund, proof of fault must be provided.
