Orders are insured for delivery to ensure customer's peace of mind and to avoid disappointment or loss.CANDLE STORAGE: Ensure you store your candles laying flat & not upright, in a cool environment. Although we may double box and use the highest grade wax, there is a risk candles warping in storage and transit in hot weather, leaving candles in heated spaces or warm weather has a high risk of candles warping out of shape. Please note that because beeswax is one of the softest waxes, you can expect candles to arrive not completely straight. This does not mean the candles are defective. Candles can be carefully bent back to shape. These candles will not be replaced. Replacement/s/refund are unavailable due to customer negligence. Have any questions? Contact us anytime.
